How quickly will the photos be uploaded from the shows?
It will depend on the size of the shows and the quality of internet connection we can get on the weekends.  We will be attempting to upload the shows as quickly as possible.  You can "preregister" for the "event" by clicking on the Kennel Club logo and entering your email address.  By doing so you will receive an automated email notifying you when the photographs are uploaded.

How quickly can I get a digital file?
Ahh... this is one of the really exciting things about our new website!  Your digital images will be available to you immediately upon payment.  You have the choice of purchasing a low resolution file which will look great on your computer, but will not make a good print or the full resolution file which will make beautiful prints, ads, even posters!  A copyright release will be sent via automated email when your payment is received and the image is downloaded.

What is a Full resolution vs a low resolution digital file?
The full resolution file is a high quality digital image suitable for printing.  The low resolution file is only going to look good on a computer screen.  It is great for facebook, websites, etc. It will not make a quality print.

How quickly will my prints be mailed?
We will be processing the print orders that come through the website in the order in which they are received.  Our goal is to have a very speedy turnaround and get your win photographs to you as quickly as possible.  In many cases that will mean you will be receiving your photos much quicker than with the previous system.  However, Mr. Booth will still be personally overseeing all of our print work.  That means that if he is gone to a show the orders will wait until his return before they are mailed.  Getting your order placed early in the week will be your best bet to get a very fast turn around.

I see the show I am looking for but there are no photographs there?
That just means I haven't gotten them uploaded yet.  When the website tells you that the images are not available, it will give you a box to enter your email address.  Leaving your email address will "preregister" you for the gallery.  When I upload the images the website will automatically send you an email letting you know that the photographs have been uploaded.

I was at the show why don't I see my photographs in the gallery?
Every now and then technology is imperfect (humans, too) and an image gets "dropped" in the uploading process.  If you know you had a photo taken and don't see it on the website, send us an email stating the breed, win, date and kennel club name.

What do I do if the win sign is incorrect in my photograph?
No problem.  Contact us BEFORE you place your order (especially if you are ordering a digital image) and we will fix the photograph and replace the incorrect image in the gallery. If you order and pay for a digital image without contacting us and allowing us time to make the changes, you will receive the photograph without the changes.  Our host company will simply remove the watermark and send the image "as is" they do not make any changes to an image before sending it. 

How long will the images remain online?
Galleries remain online for approximately three months.  We have all shows backed up and can reload a gallery if you missed out on ordering.  Send us an email telling us what cluster you are looking for and we will promptly reload it for you.

I have already made an original purchase and I would now like to place a reorder of the same image.  I do not see that option available, can I still place a reorder?
Yes, absolutely.  You will need to contact us either by phone or email.
